Long-term parking contracts can be concluded online at any time and very easily. After registration, the customer selects the desired long-term parking contract and can use the purchased contract seconds after conclusion. The parking fee is automatically collected at the end of the month.
All transactions and current contracts can be viewed in the customer portal. Master data such as address or license plate number are managed by the customer and can be changed at any time without administrative effort.
The customer benefits from automatic license plate recognition and automatic billing of his contract costs. The parking facility can thus be used by the customer without any further intervention (activation of the radio transmitter, manual transfer).

Registered short-term parkers
Short-term parking contracts can easily be concluded online, at any time. After registering, the customer selects the desired short-term parking contract and can drive into the garage mere seconds later.
The registered short-term parkers use the advantages of automation. In contrast to the “normal” short-term parking, the users don’t have to pay the fee right after each parking session, but receive a collective invoice at the end of the month, including proof of individual costs for all parking sessions. As with long-term parkers, the invoice amount is collected automatically.
