Where can I find my parking receipt?
If you would like to retrieve your receipt or invoice after parking, you can do so at beleg.arivo.co.
I have forgotten to pay. What can I do?
If you have forgotten to pay your parking fees after leaving the parking area, you can pay them at pay.arivo.app within a certain period of time.
The barrier does not open. What can I do?

If you are stuck in a parking lot and cannot exit, please contact the parking lot operator directly. You can also press the emergency call button at the exit.

You will find the operator of the parking area on the garage notice board.

I have forgotten my password. How can I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password, you can simply reset it in the original access and a new one will be sent to your e-mail address.
How can I register a new license plate?

If you wish to enter a new license plate number, you can do so in your customer account. If you have specific questions, you can get in touch with the relevant contact person for the parking area (operator, administration)

How can I change my license plate number?

If you wish to change your license plate number, you can do so in your customer account. If you have specific questions, you can get in touch with the relevant contact person for the parking area (operator, administration)

How & where can I conclude a parking contract?

You can conclude a parking contract on the website of the operator of the parking area. 

You can find the operator on the local garage notice board or use the Google search.

How can I cancel my parking contract?
You can cancel your existing parking contract on the website of the operator where you have a parking contract.
I have received new access data. What do I have to do?
If you have received a new account, you can simply log in at arivo.app and select your area. In the next step, you can enter a new license plate under "License plate".
