I forgot to pay my parking fees. What should I do?

If you did not pay your parking fees before leaving the car park, you can pay them at online within a certain period of time.

Generally the payment period is 48 hours, but may vary depending on the car park operator.

The barrier does not open. What can I do?

If you are stuck in a parking lot and cannot exit, please contact the parking lot operator directly. You can also press the emergency call button at the exit.

How & where can I conclude a parking contract?

You can conclude a parking contract on the website of the respective car park operator.

How can I cancel my parking contract?
You can cancel your existing parking contract in your customer portal.
How can I change my license plate number?

In your customer portal, you can delete, edit and add your licence plates in your profile settings.

I have forgotten my password. How can I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it when logging into the customer portal and you will receive a new one by mail.
