Innovative parking system for the residential courtyards of the Q7 in the most modern district of Graz

In the Q7 residential complex, the digital parking solution from Arivo Parking Solutions GmbH ensures optimal use of the underground parking garage.This means convenient use for residents and resource-saving for the real estate developers – without any compromises.

Embedded in a spacious area, the four residential courtyards of Q7 with more than 200 apartments are located in the southern part of the Reininghausgründe in Graz. The residential complex is characterized not only by future-oriented architecture, sustainable materials and generous green spaces, but also by an innovative parking solution. This consists of license plate recognition and management software from Arivo Parking Solutions GmbH.

Thanks to the parking system developed in-house by Arivo, the Q7 underground car park can be operated particularly efficiently. Instead of using physical access media such as radio remote controls and access cards, residents can enter the underground car park purely by using their license plate number. The barrier opens completely automatically thanks to the use of Arivo license plate recognition. This also saves the purchase of cost-intensive access media and successfully prevents the often common and undesired passing on of these to third parties.

Simple self-management
The entire administration of the underground car park is carried out in the Arivo software by the property management itself. Parking authorizations for residents or suppliers can be issued quickly in the easy-to-use interface. Each resident receives their own customer portal, where they in turn can manage their personal data. If, for example, the license plate number changes because the resident’s own car is in the car repair shop and he or she has to switch to a rental car at short notice, the change can be made online by the person concerned.

Connection to individual parking space monitoring
The Q7 has fewer parking spaces than apartments, which means that it is not possible to allocate parking spaces on a fixed basis. To ensure that a free parking space can nevertheless be found quickly, the Arivo parking system was coupled to an individual parking space monitoring system especially for the Q7. Furthermore, the underground parking garage is divided into sections so that the parker knows immediately where and how many parking spaces are free.
