Simple smart solution
In this future-oriented residential project “Green City” with 700 apartments the digital parking management system from Arivo proofs that an intelligent management tool can solve even complex requirements perfectly. Each garage area of the overall 15 residential towers is individually designed and each property manager can assign authorizations flexible. Cars enter and exit all the different parking areas at one access via automatic license plate recognition. Apartment owners reach their parking lot through the access tunnel underneath the residential area. For the parking lot users, the Arivo smart parking solution offers comfortable access without the need for remote controls or other access means. A simple and transparent administration system enables easy sharing of the parking lot with family members. This new self-administration-system was well accepted by all apartment owners. The “Green City West” in Graz is smart and fit for the future in every aspect.
For building managers the benefits are to have a modern, maintenance-free system, low installation cost, a reduction in administrative cost and a simple control of the actual use and capacities.
